Fall into Balance this Autumn, a retreat designed to reign you in from the summer pleasures and outward celebrations as you prepare to enter into the Autumn months. We honor the season as it transitions and health is the keystone of our lives. During this retreat, we will partake in yoga, meditations, hiking, reflection time, cooking together and eating a simple menu; all to bring balance to our mind’s thoughts, body’s digestion and spirit’s purpose. It will be a great mini retreat, where a sacred space will be held for you.

Vishnu, has dedicated his life to helping others transform from victim to victor, so that they can awaken the hidden potential of their own healing and guiding them on their paths to a better life. An expert in Integrated Holistic Medicine (Ayurveda, Yoga and Massage) he helps them to reconnect with their health through their bodies and hearts by providing a safe foundation that involves exploring the potential of emotional and physical wounds that have affected others health incorporating a holistic model of body-mind-spirit medicine.
Lisa Hibberd, a former strategic facilities project manager is now the owner of the Yoga Studio and Inn at Cammal, PA, is a licensed massage therapist and certified yoga teacher. She has, for the past five years, lead or assisted several spiritual wellness retreats and provides private yoga and massage services to several clients. She values the space we can offer to each other, on our journeys and is happy to be working with Vishnu on this retreat, with massage, meditation and reflection. She considers retreats and workshops such as these, as treasures and feels deeply that - " When we are able to hold sacred the space between each of us, we become better versions of ourselves in the process."

Dry brushing techniques
Self oil massage discussion
