Routine office hours are not available on Saturdays or Sundays. Limited weekend appointments may occasionally be available for established patients when clinically appropriate and scheduled in advance.
Appointments are generally booked 2–3 weeks in advance, although occasional openings may become available due to cancellations or scheduling changes.
The office is closed in observance of major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Please note that holiday closures may not always be reflected on Google.
Communication
Calls, text messages, and emails received during regular business hours will be returned as promptly as possible according to clinical priority.
Urgent concerns will be addressed as soon as reasonably possible.
Routine administrative questions are generally answered within 24–48 business hours.
Questions requiring individualized clinical guidance, interpretation of recommendations, or treatment planning are best discussed during a scheduled consultation or follow-up appointment. If additional time is needed outside of a scheduled visit, telephone consultations are available in 30- or 60-minute increments at the applicable consultation rate.
Messages received outside regular office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, will be returned during the next business day whenever possible. The office phone and email are not routinely monitored outside of business hours.
Appointment Policy
Still Point Ayurveda is a private, appointment-based clinical practice. Walk-in appointments are not available. All consultations, follow-up visits, and therapies are scheduled in advance to provide each individual with dedicated time and personalized care.
