AYURVEDIC CARE & RATES
Still Point Ayurveda offers individualized Ayurvedic care rooted in classical lineage-based training and clinical practice. Care is structured through different levels of engagement depending on clinical needs, consistency, and ability to commit to ongoing treatment.
All care begins with an initial Ayurvedic consultation.
________________________________
INITIAL AYURVEDIC CONSULTATION
$250 | Approximately 2 hours
The initial consultation includes a comprehensive Ayurvedic intake and assessment of constitution (prakriti), current imbalances (vikriti), digestion, lifestyle patterns, and overall health presentation.
This session includes:
review of intake forms completed prior to appointment
full Ayurvedic clinical assessment
foundational dietary and lifestyle recommendations
herbal recommendations when appropriate
discussion of appropriate ongoing care pathway
This session establishes the foundation for all future care.
CARE STRUCTURE
Care pathways reflect different rhythms of engagement based on clinical needs, consistency, and level of commitment.
After the initial consultation, recommendations are made for the most appropriate structure of ongoing care. These pathways are designed to support different levels of continuity, from structured short-term engagement to flexible or seasonal maintenance care.
CARE PATHWAYS
After the initial consultation, care is structured into three pathways:
FOUNDATIONAL CARE PROGRAM (PACKAGE A)
Best for: individuals who are ready for consistent, structured care over a 3-month period
This program is designed for individuals with active or chronic imbalances who benefit from regular follow-up and sustained therapeutic support.
It includes:
initial consultation (required entry point)
5 follow-up sessions over approximately 3 months
ongoing refinement of dietary, herbal, and lifestyle recommendations
therapeutic bodywork or Ayurvedic treatments when appropriate
Sessions are typically scheduled every 2–3 weeks to maintain continuity of care.
Investment: $825 (discounted from standard session rates)
This structure is designed to support consistency, which is a key factor in effective Ayurvedic treatment outcomes.
INDIVIDUAL CARE (OPTION B)
Best for: individuals who prefer flexibility or cannot commit to a structured program
This option allows care to proceed on a session-by-session basis.
It includes:
initial consultation: $250
follow-up sessions: $135 (45–50 minutes)
Care remains individualized and may include dietary guidance, herbal recommendations, and therapeutic treatments as clinically appropriate.
This pathway offers full Ayurvedic care without a structured program commitment.
SEASONAL / MAINTENANCE CARE (OPTION C)
Best for: individuals in stable condition or those seeking periodic check-ins
This option is designed for ongoing maintenance, prevention, and seasonal alignment.
It typically includes:
initial consultation: $250
follow-up care scheduled seasonally or quarterly
A care plan is established after the initial consultation and followed between visits, with adjustments made at each seasonal or periodic check-in.
This pathway supports long-term balance with less frequent clinical engagement.
THERAPEUTIC TREATMENTS
Select Ayurvedic treatments may be incorporated into care plans, including but not limited to:
Abhyanga (therapeutic oil massage)
Marma therapy
Pichu and localized oil therapies
Nasya support techniques
Pranayama and meditation guidance
Ayurvedic lifestyle counseling
These are used based on individual clinical needs.
PANCHAKARMA SUPPORT
Traditional Panchakarma-based support is available as part of structured Ayurvedic care when appropriate.
This is provided as a guided clinical process and may include preparatory care, therapeutic treatments, and follow-up support depending on individual assessment.
CHILDREN’S CARE
Under age 11 (prepubescent)
Initial Consultation: $210 (approx. 1 hour)
Follow-up: $125 (up to 50 minutes)
Adolescent care is billed at standard adult rates.
BLISS SESSION (SHIRODHARA + ABHYANGA + SVEDANA)
A deeply restorative Ayurvedic treatment combining:
Shirodhara (warm oil therapy to the forehead)
Abhyanga (full-body oil massage)
Svedana (herbal steam therapy)
$325 | Approximately 2.25–2.5 hours
Package of 3: $915

CARE COMMITMENT
Ayurvedic care is most effective when engaged as an ongoing therapeutic process rather than a single-session intervention.
While one-time consultations are available, sustained progress typically requires follow-up care to refine and adjust recommendations over time.
Care pathways are always discussed collaboratively after the initial consultation.
