75 minute Dr. A’s Signature Swedish/Therapeutic Massage, followed by hot steam treatment. Warm oils are applied to the body. Manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, including skin, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Techniques include stroking, vibrations, shaking, effleurage (light long strokes), petrissage (circular manipulation), tapotement (percussive techniques), and rocking. Relaxes, energizes, balances, loosens the tissues, increases oxygen flow throughout the blood, and releases toxins from the muscles.

COST: $110.00 (normally $125.00) with the hot steam and is 75 minutes
