It is my honor to be teaching a Specialty Yoga Class (a combination of Ayurveda, Yoga, and enjoyment) at Fat Lady Brewing in Manayunk. Followed by class, we will be simply hanging around and making merry with the plethora of beverages on tap (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Come join us for a time at the circus in Manayunk! It’s a great spot to connect and simply be you.
