This discussion involves an open forum to introduce principles of Ayurveda and how it can be applied to daily practices/seasonal practices and anything else there may be a general question around.

PARKING: Justice Center Garage at 220 W. Market Street. Free after 5, 2 blocks walk.

                  Bicentennial Garage 20 S. High Street at Market (walk out the back into Wilmont Mews, turn left then immediately right into a small parking lot behind Elizabeth's office. Her door is between the two buildings on the left near the fire escape.)

                   Otherwise 10 minutes per quarter on S. Church Street, but ticketing is common.
