PACKAGE A
This package is specifically designed for new patients where individuals have specific pending and existing health issues that require an unfolding of services that meet where they are at or are interested in following up with an overall health maintenance plan. Also, this package is designed to be more economical due to the nature of the care required and for those who may be challenged financially. This package is also short of the overarching treatment protocol and practice of Panchakarma, and a practical way to obtain Ayurvedic management and care over a period of time.
Initial Consultation is approximately two hours. This includes a foundation for the diet and possibly lifestyle recommendations at the first session, based on a case-by-case basis. This also includes a review of the Assessment form and Intake form you would have received by email prior to your appointment.
Five follow-up appointments that are approximately up to 45-50 minutes. This includes herb recommendations, treatments/sessions such as and not limited to Marma, Ayurveda Counseling, Pichu, Pichu with Nadi Svedhana, 5 Sense Therapy, Mini-abhyanga, Chromo Chikitsa, yoga private(s), meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) sessions, and whatever may be necessary based on your unique needs. During each time we revisit diet, herbs, and more as part of the lifestyle suggestions. This whole process is ever unfolding and is part of your fantastic journey.
This is spread out over three months, with an average of two treatments a month, at a total of $725.00 (normally $960.00)
***Continuity of care is essential, especially in the beginning, in order to increase the chances of a successful outcome. It is mainly recommended that after the initial consultation, the follow-up is scheduled a week later, and then every two weeks. Of course, this is based on a case-by-case basis, as well.
***Please note that hands-on treatments are essential to the overall goal of health as part of each designed protocol. In order to be consistent with the treatments Dr. A suggests that if you have any questions you should create a list and indicate what is a priority in order not to take away from the treatment time allotted, and to prevent going over time and being charged accordingly. It may be necessary that during each 6-session package plan, and around every 2-3 sessions, the session time is used to re-evaluate and address lengthy questions, or if any other kind of support is needed, then this time can be provided.
NOTE: Once the first round of Package A is completed, patients have the opportunity to renew the package at the rate of $660.00 (normally $750.00)
Additionally, the package plans are designed for individuals who are committed to the process and are able to generally follow through with the indicated timeline of 3 months. Occasional exceptions are made, but should the amount of time between sessions increase to longer than 1-2 months, the package plans will default to Package B and full rates will apply. The plan itself that was agreed upon will be subject to retroactive charges accordingly. This package involves being seen on average every two to three weeks. Should the sessions be spaced out longer, you are then not eligible for the package plan and will revert to Package B. Furthermore, should you decide not to complete the package, you will be defaulted to Package B and will be required to claim the retroactive amount within the three-month window the package was initially designed for, per deposit date. Otherwise, there are no refunds after three months. All sales are final! Any unused sessions can still be claimed within the year if this is an option, which is similar to Gift Certificates and other session purchases. OPTION B
If you're interested in individual sessions outside of the package plan above:
Initial Consultation is $210.00.
The time is approximately two hours. This also includes a review of the Assessment and Intake forms you would have received by email before your appointment.
Follow-up appointments are $125.00.
The time is approximately 45-50 minutes.
Note: Other rates apply, based on treatments that range from $75.00 - $300.00. The average hourly session is $125.00 based on the treatment provided.
Note: Option B is for individuals who cannot commit to Package A with meeting every two weeks or weekly, based on a case-by-case basis, and a commitment is still required.
Note: In the event that you are looking just for a consultation, this is not an option. The amount of time that goes into meeting for the consult, creating a protocol/plan of action, and writing up the recommendations, and all that this entails is too much energy and time spent on something that will not bear any fruits. Historically, Dr. A would do the consultation without the commitment from the beginning and found this was not a proper use of time or money for anyone as Antonio would give a basic general idea of what Ayurveda can do in health conditions and potential herbs and treatments but again this was only general information and not useful for the purposes of the individual’s intention. Therefore, Antonio does not do general consultations any longer.

OPTION C
If you're interested in individual sessions outside of the package plan above, and something more consistent than Option B but less consistent than Package A, this might be a better option:
After the initial consultation, we will meet quarterly, during the windows/periods of seasonal transitions as per Ayurvedic Guidelines. For those individuals who have had a consultation and have been in for a while the follow-up session cost applies. In both cases, after the consultation (initial or follow-up) a protocol will be created that will be reflected in the SPA Recommendations sheet, which is to be followed through with until the next appointment; included in this will be any recommendations around cleansing protocols, if/when relevant, and herbal suggestions that will be calculated to last this period of time. Additionally, for individuals who would like to come in for treatments that is always an option and will be charged accordingly.
Initial Consultation is $210.00.

CHILDREN DISCOUNT: This discount applies to children under the age of 11 (prepubescent.) Note that adolescents are charged the normal rate.

Follow-up appointments are $95.00 (normally $115.00)
The time is approximately and up to 50 minutes. This rate is either for the general follow-up or if a treatment is provided. If a particular treatment falls out of this rate, this would be communicated as needed.
BLISS SESSION (SHIRODHARA-ABHYANGA-SVEDHANA)
This combination is an amazing way to treat yourself for the holiday, or anytime applicable, and it consists of Shirodhara (stream of warm oil over the forehead) and Abhyanga (full body oil Ayurvedic Massage.) The full massage involves oils designed and warmed per your constitution, followed by a steam sauna treatment(Svedha). " This combination is a powerful treatment meant to detox and rejuvenate. You'll feel deeply relaxed!”

Note: the oil for the Shirodhara can be used a total of 3 times within 3 months, or 5 times within a week.

3) Importantly, Dr. Antonio is mainly interested in working with individuals who are committed to this process and journey of health. The process takes time and commitment. Attending only one or two sessions is at best a bandaid for your body’s needs. Therefore, when you choose to come for a session, Dr. Antonio asks that you come with the intention of being committed to your health and well-being long-term and expect to attend a minimum of 6 sessions for your health and wholeness. Dr. Antonio does offer package arrangements for this reason and to help make the time and energy budget-friendly. This is based on a case-by-case basis.
