Monday through Friday: 9-12 and 2-7
Unavailable: 12-2:00.
No Saturday or Sunday hours; occasionally, on call for specific cases and health needs, when scheduled.
Any calls, texts, and emails received during work hours will be addressed accordingly: 1) If they are urgent, Dr. Antonio will reply as quickly as possible, anything that doesn’t require immediate attention may be addressed either within 24-48 hours OR at your next session time, hence not responded to by call/text/email. 2) If you desire specific clarification on certain needs or questions, sooner rather than later, you can request a half-hour (or hour as needed) phone session. (Rates will be applied accordingly.) This also applies if you contact Dr. Antonio during weekends, long weekends, or holidays.
The office phone and email will not be checked outside of work hours.
