This is a new offering through Dr. Vishnu. The session is designed for all levels and it will begin with a theme/intention/focal point. We will explore what meditation is and isn't.
There will also be 4 specific exercises (asanas) to help open the body up so that a seated meditation can occur with more comfort. We will then have short periods of meditation practice with a break in between, and then end class with any reflections/questions.
